“By your nature you are free; you have forgotten yourself in your state of slavery. A king may fall asleep and find himself a beggar; he may dream that he is a beggar, but that can in no way interfere with his real sovereignty.”

I found the paper back swap light.
I am training my brain to stop thinking in 500 word essays or less by ingesting bigger ideas that come in the form of books. My local library doesn’t have the greatest selection when it comes to my very poor taste, and I am trying to stop spending a few thousand dollars with Amazon a year so I stumbled across this great resource.
Surprisingly the selection is pretty damn good, and even better now that I have listed my books. List your books, receive credits you can use to request books from others. They cover the postage and receive credits to request books, and in turn people request books from you and you cover the postage to receive credits you can use to request more books from others.
Definitely worth checking out!
“You develop an instant global consciousness, a people orientation, an intense dissatisfaction with the state of the world, and a compulsion to do something about it. From out there on the moon, international politics look so petty. You want to grab a politician by the scruff of the neck and drag him a quarter of a million miles out and say, ‘Look at that, you son of a bitch.’”

“ “Imagine being born into a dream: a mass illusion transformed over thousands of years by billions of people into what today you call reality. The billions of people subdivided into territories they called countries, into belief systems they called religions and into groups they called races.
Countries subdivided into states, provinces and cities, which then subdivided into neighborhoods that subdivided into buildings or single-family homes. Religions divided into conservative and liberal sects, which then grew into more conservative and liberal branches. Races divided themselves by all of the above, including color, tone, ethnic makeup, and financial status.
Each group then teaches and defends that its way is the way and its truth is the truth, and each group creates its own reality out of what it believes. Each group then tries to sell you on its current forms and laws, telling you that this is what is “right.” Each teaches you that the closer you are to following its form, the happier, more successful and peaceful you will be. And somewhere deep within, you know that it is your right to be happy and to be at peace. So you buy into it, and regardless of how little sense the illusion makes, you keep participating for if you stop you will be judged as an outcast, a trouble-maker, a bum.
You are taught that if you stop participating in the group’s way of life, your hopes for happiness, success and peace will also end. The group tells you that if you go against the norm, you will not find happiness, peace or success. So you buy into the illusion the group offers, believing that there is no other way. You carefully weave and contour the illusion into one you can live with for now. But my friend, regardless of how you choose to weave, contour and experience the illusion, it is still an illusion.” ”
Father Harassed By CPS For Feeding Kids Organic Food :
A father of two was harassed and investigated by Child Protective Services and police for feeding his daughters organic food, refusing to make them drink fluoride-poisoned tap water and not having them injected with mercury-laden vaccines, all of which constitutes “suspicious activity” in the new Sovietized America, a foretaste of what’s to come once Big Sis’ Wal-Mart spy campaign gets up and running.
Relating his story to the Sherrie Questioning All blog, the man states that a child abuse investigation was launched after one of his neighbors reported him to the authorities, prompting a CPS worker to visit his home accompanied by a police officer, during which she bombarded him with questions and conducted a warrantless search of his house, even down to the contents of his refrigerator.
Some have already proposed that the desire to eat “normal” (some call it organic) food can be classified as a mental disorder. The big agricultural and genetic modification corporations of today are making strong attempts to redefine what is normal for our bodies, and what is abnormal. It only takes one generation of manipulation and propaganda to convince the herd that poisonous, toxic, and genetically foreign molecules are the norm for our bodily biosystems, and that the foods we’ve spent 4+ million years adapting to are something to be regarded as different and strange.
There is no such thing as “health food.” There are only the foods which we are finely evolved and adapted to consuming, and unhealthy food.
